Meet Our Team
Lindsey is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with extensive training in surgical and restorative implant dentistry. Lindsey is truly passionate about her job, as she can witness patients transform their smiles and lives on a daily basis. She is proud to work with a group of individuals who put patient care and compassion first and foremost. Lindsey is best described as an old soul, and when not in the office can be found spending time with her family, friends, and two Siamese cats, Kaiu and Kozmo. She loves classic rock, the peaceful outdoors, and collecting memories.
Pam practiced as an Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant for 12 years, specializing in knee and hip replacement. After raising two children while working remotely as an executive recruiter for the last eight years, she returned to the surgical arena. She recently joined our practice and is excited to be working directly with patients again. Pam lives in Chester County with her husband and daughter. Her son attends college in Florida. She is active in the local church and enjoys volunteering, exercising, and watching football.
Sally, our dental hygienist, comes from a long line of dental professionals and has been working in the field since her high school years. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. Sally then pursued a Dental Hygiene license at Harcum Junior College. When she is not working on her patients, she is teaching young dental hygiene students. Her passion for education can be experienced by watching Sally interact with her patients. Sally has two boys, Michael and Stefano, and two yellow labs, Champ and Jaxon. As a family, they love to be outside enjoying and participating in many athletic activities. Sally especially loves to run for peace and quiet!!
Jahleda Ford received an associates degree in specialized business for dental assisting in 2013. Since then, she's gained experience in restorative, surgical, and implant dentistry. She joined the By Design team in 2016 and knew from her first day that it was the place she needed to be. She finds it so rewarding to know that the practice has such a positive impact on patients' lives. When she's not working, she enjoys singing and spending time with her husband and young daughter.
Andrea Schuler received her Associates Degree in Specialized Business in 1995. She has been working in the dental field since 2000. Being diverse in both oral surgery and general dentistry Andrea has great knowledge in all aspects of a dental office. Andrea joined the By Design family in 2017. Seeing the transformation of lives and the impact of what we do on patient’s confidence is very heart warming. Being a part of a patient’s journey where they are gaining additional healthy, happy years out of life is priceless. Outside of work she spends her time with her two older children and spoiling her grandson.
